I bought the Yellow/Gold iMac, with increased 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD.
This new iMac powered by M1 is blazing fast, and gorgeous.
The only issue is the macOS..
Behind this gorgeous machine, it is powered by some frustrating, and often buggy, OS.
When I tried to set up the new Mac, I run into 2 problems.

Time Machine restoration completed without complete data! I have lost trust with Time Machine..

M1/SSD/Big Sur have bug when you erase your mac. Do NOT try to erase a M1 mac! It will almost be brick.
I followed some outrageous steps from Apple support doc to finally reinstall macOS.
