Yep, we bought the best launch of 2024, probably even the best in the last decade.
While I love our current Penthouse in Yishun, I do look forward to living in a new chillax district in Katong.
It does come at a cost. We are downgrading to a 3-bedroom (plus study), with much less space than present.
Yet it costs more, at ~$2,500,000! But that’s a good price in D15. On an investment basis, I think that is pretty good.
