I rewarded Kate & Jade too much, and such rewards are bad for kids. It will become a bad habit.
In family, we should have upmost trust, therefore rewards & punishments are unnecessary.
On the other hand, the real world will always need rewards & punishments.
Therefore, some comments here are idealistic.
