I conducted a 1 day workshop on Android and (connectivity to) Arduino in preparation for 48hacks.
48hacks is a 48 hour hackathon organized by NTU Venture, so if you read this before 16th Dec 2011, you can consider joining the contest.
Following are the slides that I used for the workshop. It covers
- setting up Android development environment (Eclipse IDE, Android SDK and ADT plugin),
- Android programming foundation (Activity, UI), and
- connecting Android to Arduino via Bluetooth modem (aka FireFly)
