The prices INCLUDES:
✅ Living room, kitchen, all rooms, ceiling
✅ 2 coats of paint (why not 1 coat? see below)
✅ Choose up to 2 colors
✅ Uses Nippon Vinilex 5000 for wall
✅ Uses Nippon Matex for ceiling
✅ Will cover and protect furniture
✅ Clean up
✅ Onsite quotation
I understand every house is different and has different requirements. The price above is quoted NET. But of course you may choose more colors, or other paints, extra stuff to paint, etc, at additional charges.
I will do an onsite quotation (FOC) to further advise and confirm.

I am flexible and can work on weekdays or weekends.
Why 2 coats of paint? Most people think that painting work is just 1 single coat of paint. But the recommended way is to apply 2 coats for best quality and ensuring good coverage. That means paint, wait for it to dry, then paint again.
I, Uncle Ong, is the primary painter. I am a Singaporean Chinese and have been painting for over 20 years.
Some times I paint alone, and some times I get my friends – with experience – to help out when the job requires an extra pair of hands.

This website belongs to my son, and he does not paint. Gin na these days just doesn’t do tough jobs anymore.
