One year ago, I subscribed for M1 mobile plan. Automatically, it comes with a roaming package, free for 1 year. Thereafter, it will charge you without notice!
I wish there is an easy way to uncheck a box in the website to unsubscribe. Of course I knew better that I have to call in to discontinue a service.
I called in their customer service number (1627), keyed in half a dozen responses to their IVR (interactive voice response) system, and finally unsub-ed.
That took me 2 min.
Good thing with M1: At least I don’t have to wait to talk to a CSO just for unsubscribing.
